Appointment, Service Fee & Returns Policy
Effective October 2, 2026
Texas 67 Systems uses service-call, consultation, diagnostic, and booking fees to reserve scheduled service time and support the planning, travel, onsite assessment, diagnosis, and recommendations involved in an appointment. This policy applies to new quotes and invoices issued on or after the effective date above. It does not change terms previously provided to a client.
Rescheduling and cancellation
- One reschedule is permitted when requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- For a client cancellation or reschedule requested less than 24 hours before the appointment, a no-show, or lack of agreed site access at the scheduled time, the applicable service-call, consultation, diagnostic, or booking fee is retained.
- Once an onsite appointment, assessment, or diagnostic service has been performed, the applicable fee is earned and is not refundable.
When Texas 67 must change the appointment
If Texas 67 Systems must cancel, cannot safely perform, or needs to reschedule because of weather, safety conditions, or a Texas 67 scheduling change, the client may choose either a full refund of the applicable fee or a rescheduled appointment. We do not treat a Texas 67-initiated change as a client late cancellation.
Installation credit
When an applicable quote or invoice says that a service-call or consultation fee is credited toward installation labor, that credit applies only as stated on that document. Unless a document states a different period, the credit is available for 30 days after the appointment.
Products, materials, and returns
Eligible standard-stock products may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery with prior return authorization from Texas 67 Systems. To qualify, products must be unused, unopened, complete, and in resalable original packaging. For a client-choice return, the client is responsible for return shipping and a 15% restocking fee applies.
Special-order, custom-configured, programmed, installed, opened, damaged-after-delivery, incomplete, or otherwise non-resalable products are not eligible for a client-choice return. Software, licenses, subscriptions, and services are also not eligible for a client-choice return.
If Texas 67 Systems supplied the wrong product, a product arrives damaged, or a verified product defect is covered by the applicable manufacturer warranty, Texas 67 Systems will coordinate the appropriate replacement, repair, or refund without a restocking fee. Texas 67 Systems covers return shipping when the return results from our error or a verified covered defect.
Completed labor, onsite visits, diagnostics, programming, configuration, travel, delivery, installation, and earned service-call or booking fees are non-refundable. If there is a concern with completed work, notify Texas 67 Systems promptly so we can inspect and, where appropriate, correct the issue.
Refund method and client rights
Any refund due under this policy is returned to the original payment method. Card-processing costs are included in Texas 67 Systems’ service pricing and are not separately charged to the client. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
