Client support
How can we help?
If you are already a Texas 67 Systems client, choose the quickest path below.
Choose one
Start with the option that fits best.
You do not have to diagnose the problem first. Choose the closest path and send what you know.
Open a normal support request
Best for Wi-Fi issues, device problems, account questions, printer trouble, follow-up notes, or anything that can be tracked in the portal.
Go to support portalSomething is stopping work
Call or text if internet, phones, payments, cameras, door access, or another key system is keeping people from working.
Call 214-310-5445Not sure where it belongs?
Send a short message. Tell us what is happening, where it is happening, and who is affected. We can sort out the right next step.
Send a messageWhat to send
Simple details are enough.
A short, clear note usually works better than a long explanation. These details help us understand the issue faster.
What is happening?
Examples: Wi-Fi is dropping, a printer is offline, email will not send, a camera is down, a device is slow, or a login is not working.
Where is it happening?
Tell us the office, room, device, user, workstation, access point, printer, camera, or part of the building involved if you know it.
Who is affected?
One person, several people, customers, guests, remote users, or the whole location. That helps us judge scope and urgency.
When did it start?
Include whether it started today, after a power outage, after moving equipment, after a provider visit, or after a software update.
What have you already tried?
If something was restarted, unplugged, moved, reset, or replaced, let us know. It keeps us from repeating the same steps.
Photos and screenshots help
Error messages, device labels, wiring, network cabinets, printer screens, and app messages can often point us in the right direction quickly.
Common requests
Things clients usually ask for help with.
Most support work starts with something practical: a connection that keeps dropping, a device that will not cooperate, or a system that worked yesterday and does not work today.
Network and Wi-Fi problems
Slow connections, dropped Wi-Fi, weak coverage, switch issues, access point questions, internet-provider handoff, and network cleanup.
Devices and accounts
Workstations, printers, shared access, passwords, user changes, email questions, file access, and day-to-day business tools.
Vendor coordination
When an issue involves the internet provider, phone vendor, software vendor, security vendor, or another outside support contact.
Documentation and follow-up
Support notes, device names, network details, login context, and the little pieces of information that make the next support request easier.
How we handle it
We start with the problem in front of you.
Understand the impact
We look at what is down, who is affected, and whether the issue is interrupting normal work right now.
Pick the practical next step
Some issues can be handled remotely. Others need a site visit, vendor call, equipment check, or scheduled maintenance window.
Leave better notes behind
When possible, we document what happened and what changed so the environment is easier to support next time.
